The successor to Classic's 21/3/27, considered its best dueling build. 
Hemorrhage is cheap and works from any angle, 
Cheap Shot costs 40 energy, and Premeditation plus Initiative gives five points in the first second. 
Cold Blood guarantees an Eviscerate crit, while Preparation gives a second round with fresh Blind and 
Vanish. Strong against plate, in duels and world PvP; weaker against multiple enemies, with 5-minute Sprint and Evasion cooldowns.
Combat for world PvP and battlegrounds 0/31/20
For players spending more time in the world and battlegrounds than dueling. Sprint and Evasion have 2-minute cooldowns, Sprint clears slows, Kick silences, Riposte handles melee, 
Blade Flurry handles pets and totems, and 
Adrenaline Rush powers a second attack window. Twenty Subtlety points give Premeditation and a strong opener. No Cold Blood or Preparation, so the second burst is weaker than Hemorrhage's.
Muti / Seal Fate daggers 30/0/21
This Muti build pairs two daggers with 
Mutilate. Mutilate hits with both hands from the front, every crit grants an extra point, Cold Blood can empower 
Ambush, Mutilate or Eviscerate, and Preparation provides a second burst. The strongest damage from stealth and stuns, but requires two daggers. Weaknesses: 5-minute Sprint and Evasion cooldowns and little hit, making an opener miss potentially fight-losing. We skip the 31-point Venom talent because it is awkward in PvP.
